After creating a Data Entry Form and landing on the form designer page, you can add various field types to allow mobile app users to capture the required data.
Our platform offers a range of Basic and Advanced field types that can be used in a form's design by simply clicking or using the drag-and-drop functionality to place fields as desired.

Formula Builder
You'll notice that some field properties have a hammer icon on the right.
Clicking the hammer icon will open a Formula Builder or Text Builder window, depending on the field and the property. You use the Formula Builder to build a dynamic formula that, when executed, either returns a specific value or a True/False result, giving you granular control over field visibility (for example, if used on a field's Visibility property).
It's important to spend some time getting a handle on formula operators and functions to get greater value from our platform and create apps that generate rich, dynamic output to assist you in your operations.
